Timothy Horley
Part-Time Professor of Practice
Tim Horley teaches in the Master of Legal Studies and BA in Law programs at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Mr. Horley currently serves as an Assistant Attorney General in the Solicitor General’s Office of Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes. His work focuses on constitutional and appellate litigation.
