University of Arizona Law won Region 3 of the Transactional LawMeet, earning a place in the national competition, to be held March 31 at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City.
Jordan Hartman ('17), Margo Casselman ('17), and Storm Byrd ('17) competed against 11 other teams at the regional, held Feb. 24 at the UCLA School of Law. Will Pew ('14) of Hecker PLLC coached the team. In recognition of their contract-drafting and negotiation skills, Arizona Law's team is one of two from the regional now advancing to finals.
