Professor Hall-Lipsy is a Professor of Practice and the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment at the College of Pharmacy where she also serves as Director of the PharmD Forward Program, which seeks to establish unique and innovative interprofessional educational opportunities. Her service and research addresses the intersections between health law, policy and equity as related to underserved and rural communities. She has published articles on communicable disease preparedness, social justice and empathy, academic-community partnership, and the clinical and economic effects of interprofessional practice.

Professor Hall-Lipsy teaches LAW 580A/480A, Liability & Regulation of Healthcare Professionals, during the Summer term.
