11:30 am

Federalism & the Arizona Supreme Court

Room: OUTSIDE 168
Time: 11:30 AM - 1:15 PM

Join us as we host Arizona Supreme Court Vice Chief Justice Pelander and Justice Lopez to talk about the role that state supreme courts play in American Federalism. We all learn quite a bit about the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Supreme Court, but what about the states? How can state supreme courts influence doctrinal issues? Are states truly laboratories for legal, social, and economic experiments? Come learn all about these issues and more from two AZ Supreme Court justices! As always, free food and all are welcome.
