Constitution Day

 Please join the Rehnquist Center for our annual Constitution Day program. 

The panel discussion features legal experts who will review two of the major cases decided by the United States Supreme Court during the 2016 term. The program will also include a discussion among the panelists of the President's Executive Order on immigration (often referred to as the "travel ban") and the Special Counsel's investigation into Russian interference with the 2016 presidential election.

Panelists include:

Professor Ryan Doerfler, University of Pennsylvania Law School 

Professor Lisa Manheim, University of Washington School of Law 

Professor Toni Massaro, University of Arizona College of Law
Judge Murray Snow, Federal Judge for the US District Court for the District of Arizona

Moderator: 

Professor Dave Marcus, University of Arizona College of Law

Cases to be discussed: 

Trinity Lutheran Church of Columbia v. Comer and  Ziglar v. Abassi.


CLE credit may be available for this event. Space is limited, and registration is recommended. Closest visitor parking is at the UA's Park Avenue Garage.

 There is no cost to attend this event, and it is open to the public. Informal reception to follow.
