Dr. Joseph Kimble, Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the Cooley Law School, will be joining us at the UA to present “A Hard Look at Textualism (and Some of Its Canons).” Professor Kimble is internationally renowned for his successes promoting the use of "Plain Language." He has published dozens of articles on legal writing and legal drafting, and has given more than 150 seminars across the United States and abroad.

CLE credit will be available.
