OPEN TO ALL LAW SCHOOL STUDENTS, FACULTY, AND STAFF
The law school community is invited to participate in discussions of short stories over the lunch hour, hosted by Associate Professor of Legal Writing Sylvia Lett. Each meeting will discuss a different short story (copies of the stories and reading guides are free and available outside of Room 254).
The Short Story Reading Club was inspired by international students who wanted to read some good books in English. The Short Story Reading Club is designed as a fun, low-stress way to integrate some non-law reading into our busy lives. Studies have shown that reading for fun improves a person's writing!
Please ready the short story, then come by to enjoy a light lunch while talking or listening to a discussion of the story.
