WV v. EPA Speaker Event

Come join the American Constitution Society and the Environmental Law Society in welcoming Meghan Greenfield, Senior Counsel for Appellate Matters at the Environmental Defense Section of the Department of Justice. Meghan has worked with the DOJ for six years and served as an attorney on West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency, a monumental decision limiting EPA's regulatory power. Lunch will be provided.
