A Tribal Perspective: On Applying Property Law in Tribal Courts

Please join NALSA in welcoming Ms. Alexandra Mojado. Ms. Mojado, the Associate General Counsel for the Yurok tribe and an IPLP Alum, will be zooming in from the Yurok Tribe's Willow Creek Office. She will discuss some property issues such as unlawful detainers and trespass. She will also discuss how the eviction process works in tribal court and unique strategies employed, which can be different from state courts.
