Jake Gottfredson is a Law Library Fellow with an MA in Library Information Science from the University of Arizona. He is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and has 4 years of experience working on the patent teams at McDermott Will & Emery LLP (Washington, D.C.) and Nelson Mullins LLP (Boston, Mass.). Outside of law, Jake has worked as a Japanese-English interpreter for multi-national manufacturers including Hino Jidosha, a subsidiary of Toyota, as well as an Academic Instructor for inmates interested in obtaining a GED while completing their prison sentences.
