Biographical Information

Michael Miller is a judge on the Arizona Court of Appeals, and he has served on the Superior Court. He graduated from Michigan State in 1973, worked in a juvenile court, and undertook his PhD at the Univ. of Michigan. He was an NIMH post‐doctoral Fellow in Forensic Psychology at Florida State before attending law school at UA. He has authored articles on juvenile delinquency, trial practice and other topics. He is a co‐editor of a national book series on laws affecting mental health professionals.
