Michelle Penn is a Law Library Fellow pursuing a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science. Michelle graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a J.D. in 2011. During law school she interned at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and the Alaska Public Defender. After law school she obtained her PhD in History from the University of Colorado-Boulder, where she wrote her dissertation on the Soviet international criminal lawyer Aron Trainin, and served as a fellow at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
