Biographical Information

Mr. Clarke represents various clients in negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured transactions primarily for the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial and multifamily real estate assets.

He also began his career serving as an attorney-adviser for the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development under the Bush and Obama administrations representing the Agency in affordable housing finance matters including Low Income Housing Tax Credits and FHA and GNMA financed housing.
