Prof. Trubatch has bar memberships in New York, and the US. Courts of Appeals for the 6th, 9th, 10th, and D.C. Circuits.

In 2011 - 2012, he taught the following CLE Courses:

  • Judicial Recusal in the Digital Age
  • Nuclear Power & the U.S. Supreme Court
  • Introduction to Art Law: Selected Issues in Visual Art
