Timothy Horley

Tim Horley teaches in the Master of Legal Studies and BA in Law programs at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. In addition to teaching, Mr. Horley conducts research into constitutional law, federal courts, and international and comparative law topics. Mr. Horley also provides administrative support for UA Law’s MLS, BA, and Global programs.
