Part-time Professor of Practice

Biographical Information

Will Pew is an attorney with local business law firm Hecker PLLC. Mr. Pew's practice focuses on corporate transactional law, representing entities and corporate executives in complex contract negotiations ranging from commercial leases and executive compensation packages to stock and asset purchase agreements. Previously, Mr. Pew worked as a commercial real estate broker in New York City, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on commercial lease acquisitions and dispositions. He also has experience as an entrepreneur in Tucson as the founder and owner of a fine furniture and woodworking business.

A 2014 graduate of the James E. Rogers College of Law, Mr. Pew graduated with distinction, including Summa Cum Laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school, he competed as a member of both the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Team and the College of Law's Transactional LawMeet Team, and served as an editor of the Arizona Law Review.

Mr. Pew is a Tucson native who enjoys remaining actively involved at the College of Law. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Gregory School, an independent secondary school, and has previously served as the president of the Catalina Foothills Association, a neighborhood association representing over 1600 homes.
