Program in Criminal Law and Policy (PCLP) Speaker Series

DEA Special Agent Amber Bernard, FBI Special Agent Ryan Poulin, and FBI Special Agent Cody Kirk are assigned to the Tucson District Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. This unit actively works against the supply of illegal drugs in the United States and aims to diminish the violence and other criminal activity associated with drug trade. The agents will present on the fentanyl epidemic within the U.S., citing personal experiences and local cases to illustrate the complex criminal justice and policy issues surrounding the illicit trafficking of fentanyl in and through Arizona.
