Indigenous Peoples Law & Policy

Global Mining Law
The University of Arizona is an authoritative expert in issues related to global mining and natural resources. The global mining law program builds on this expertise, training both lawyers and non-lawyers through classes taught by 44 faculty in 23 different disciplines across 10 colleges.
Family & Juvenile Law
The majority of civil cases filed in Arizona state courts are related to family and juvenile law, including custody, child protection, and guardianship. Arizona Law is dedicated to training skilled legal advocates who can effectively assist children and families during their most critical times.
