Program in Criminal Law and Policy (PCLP) Speaker Series

This week, the PCLP Speaker Series is hosted in association with Arizona Law Review & the Family and Juvenile Law Association. We are hosting Professor Kelly Behre to discuss her paper "Deconstructing the Disciplined Student Narrative and its Impact on Sexual Assault Policy." This paper was recently published in the Arizona Law Review and discusses the development of the disciplined student narrative and how it has impacted public policy as demonstrated by the 2018 proposed Title IX regulation.
