Need summer funding? Planning to work for a non-governmental, nonprofit organization this summer? Consider applying for the Justice Advocates Coalition (JAC) Summer Public Interest Fellowship! Unpaid summer internships prevent students from pursuing public interest positions at nonprofits. Those financial obstacles in turn deepen the access to justice gap. JAC’s goal is to remove those obstacles and enable students to cultivate their interests. JAC Summer Fellows will receive funding to support their work during Summer 2021, whether in-person or remote. Last year, nine JAC Summer Fellows each received $3,000. Applications are attached and are open to returning JD, LLM, and SJD students. To find out more about the Fellowship and the application process, attend our info session on Tuesday, February 16 at 12 PM AZ. Questions that can't wait until the info session should be sent to JAC Fellowship Chair Clarissa Todd at clarissatodd@email.arizona.edu. Applications are due at 11:59 PM AZ on March 11, 2021.
