The Prosecutorial Ethics in Real Life series is part of an ongoing effort at Arizona Law to create a national forum for discussion of critical and timely ethical issues in criminal prosecution.

About James Comey Since graduating from the College of William and Mary in 1982 and the University of Chicago Law School in 1985, James Comey has been a prosecutor, defense lawyer, general counsel, teacher, writer, and leader. He most recently served in government as Director of the FBI from 2013-2017. His best-selling book, "A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership" was published in 2018 and made into a 2020 Showtime television limited-series. His second book, "Saving Justice: Truth, Transparency, and Trust," was published in January. He is currently working at Columbia University Law School as a Senior Research Scholar and Leader-in-Residence.

This event will be streamed for remote viewing. The Zoom link for this event will be sent to all registrants the day prior to the presentation, on the afternoon of September 21. This activity may qualify for up to 1 hour toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 1 hour of professional responsibility. The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement.
