Cracchiolo Law Library and the Immigration Law Students Association for an exclusive screening of Soledad followed by a Q&A with Shefali Milczarek-Desai, Assistant Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Workers’ Rights Clinic, and Lisa Molomot, American Documentary Producer, Director and Editor.

Soledad is a short documentary. This 24- minute film tells the story of a woman from Central America who fled gang violence and torture to seek asylum in the U.S., only to find herself imprisoned at the Eloy Detention Center. Soledad and a dream team of women come together to fight her asylum case.
