Please join PCLP and American Constitutional Society in welcoming Mr. Joel Feinman, Pima County Public Defender. Mr. Feinman has been working for the Pima County Public Defender’s Office since 2007 and in 2017 he was appointed the Chief Public Defender for Pima County. He will be speaking about important topics such as the war on drugs and mass incarceration. Specifically, he will be speaking about his personal experiences with these issues. As a public defender, Mr. Feinman has dealt with these issues first hand and has seen the significant impacts they have had both in our community and across the country. We hope to see you there!
