Prof. Lynn Marcus Discusses Upcoming Texas v. USA Arguments in Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals

Prof. Lynn Marcus discusses the Texas v.USA July 10 hearing before the Fifth Circuit of Appeals with Arizona Public Media's Fernanda Echavarri. Twenty-six states including Arizona brought the case against the Obama Administration's executive actions on immigration. Arguments will be heard by a three-judge panel in the appeal. Prof. Marcus notes, “This hearing is just another step on the road probably along the way to the Supreme Court.” Listen to on AZPM's website.
