PCLP Event: "Attorneys as Defendants"

Please join PCLP in welcoming Professor Hank Shea. Former AUSA of Minnesota and current Professor here at James E. Rogers College of Law and the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He is one of the country’s most effective white-collar crime prosecutors. He also had an extensive history in the armed forces where he actively served and then was assistant to the general counsel in the U.S. Department of the Army at the Pentagon. He now frequently speaks on business and legal ethics. Professor Shea will speak on his experience prosecuting lawyers during his time in the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
