Scott A. Ewing, Esq.
Professor Ewing has practiced law since 2013 with a focus on civil rights litigation, federal Indian law, and tribal law. He currently serves as General Counsel for the San Xavier District of the Tohono O’odham Nation. Professor Ewing teaches and has taught courses at the University of Arizona that focus on contracts, property law, torts, administrative law, tribal criminal procedure, and cyber ethics, law, and policy. He is a graduate of the LLM Program in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy at the University of Arizona, received his JD from Roger Williams University School of Law, and Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Brown University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona, United States District Court for the District of Arizona, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Supreme Court of the United States, Tohono O’odham Tribal Court, and Pascua Yaqui Tribal Court.
