Part-time Professor of Practice
          Tim Horley taught in the UA-OUC Joint Program in Qingdao, China. Before joining UA Law, Tim worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Arizona Solicitor General, focusing on constitutional and appellate litigation. Before that, Tim clerked on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
