WELCOME TO UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA LAW
Founded in 1915, we are one of the nation’s leading law schools
We have a 100-year history of graduating successful lawyers and leaders.
The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law is the only law school where you can earn a degree at any stage of your education, from undergraduate through doctoral.
With distinguished faculty, bright students, and alumni who excel in law, business and the pursuit of justice, we’re enormously proud of what we've built. And yet, we know we can do even better and constantly ask how we can improve and find a better way forward.
All of this is against the backdrop of the University of Arizona, one of the country’s top research universities whose faculty includes members of esteemed national academies, Pulitzer and Nobel Prize winners, and celebrated thought leaders who are changing how we see the world.
Like the rugged Tucson landscape that surrounds our campus, we’re built to take on challenges. We’re rooted in tradition, but not bound by convention. We value diversity of thought, background, experience, and culture in every dimension of the law school experience.
We believe that big things happen in small communities, which is why we cultivate a supportive environment filled with students, faculty, staff and alumni who look out for each other. Students join us from around the world to work closely alongside faculty who actively practice, shape and teach the law.
Arizona Law is set in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, in the iconic city of Tucson, which averages 350 days of sunshine annually. Surrounded by mountains, forests, monuments and national parks, this unique environment is famous for mild winters, stunning sunsets, outdoor adventures and a multicultural population that reflects the rich diversity of the Southwest.

The University of Arizona
We are proudly embedded in the University of Arizona, taking full advantage of its rich resources, academic prowess and campus culture. Opportunities for you to extend your education beyond law are abundant.
Diversity in Action
We know it creates a better community and builds better professionals. From more than 30 student organizations representing a wide range of causes to one of the most internationally diverse student bodies in the country to events dedicated to strengthening cultural understanding, Arizona Law promotes and celebrates diversity in its broadest sense.
