Oct. 20, 2016

Mark Casciari, a University of Arizona Law professor of practice, has been named to “The Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys,” an annual list compiled by Human Resource Executive magazine and Lawdragon.com.

Casciari is a partner at the Seyfarth Shaw LLP and regularly represents employers, plan sponsors, plans, plan administrators fiduciaries, and independent fiduciaries. He has extensive class action experience, having defended more than 20 class actions, in nearly all of which he has served as lead defense counsel.

In its ninth iteration, this year’s list of the “Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys” comprises attorneys who have typically practiced for more than 20 years, received glowing recommendations from peers, as well as corporate counsel who have worked with them, and who have tallied a series of legal accomplishments. Leadership positions within their respective firms and bar associations also contributed to selection to the list.
