Mark Casciari

Mark Casciari is Counsel in the Seyfarth Shaw LLP Labor and Employment Department, effective Feb. 17, 2020. He has represented employers in federal courts throughout the United States, in state courts and before arbitrators and mediators, including as lead class action defense counsel.  He has been amicus curiae counsel of record in two United States Supreme Court cases, and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, nine Courts of Appeal and a number of District Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Illinois and Arizona.  Mark is a frequent author of articles and was a long-standing Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Northwestern University School of Law until this year.  He is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.  Information about his law firm can be found at www.seyfarth.com.  His more complete bio can be seen at www.seyfarth.com/MarkCasciari.
