Christopher H. Mathis
Professor Mathis is a Professor of Practice at Arizona Law, a lawyer in private practice in Tucson and a member of the Arizona House of Representatives. He formerly served as Director of Policy and Communications for the Healthcare Markets and Regulation Lab in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School and as a Health Care Legislative Assistant in the United States Senate. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Illinois, his Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and his Master of Public Health with health care policy concentration from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Professor Mathis teaches LAW 579B/479B, Legal & Regulatory Fundamentals of Healthcare Business, in Spring and LAW 584A/484A, Aging in America also offered during the Spring term.
