Alejandra (Ale) Gerardo

Part-time Professor of Practice and Director of the Family Law Default Clinic

Alejandra “Ale” Gerardo is a professor of practice and Director of the Family Law Default Clinic. In addition to this, she currently handles a broad range of family law matters for one of the most reputable family law practice firms in Arizona, the McCarthy Family Law team. Ale is a proud double Wildcat. She obtained her BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her Juris Doctor from the James E. Rogers College of Law along with a Certificate in Family and Juvenile Law. Ale has worked for 21 years in the legal field as a law clerk, paralegal, and office manager for multiple Tucson law firms and Tucson courts. After graduation Ale earned her Legal Paraprofessional license in Family Law in Arizona and is a licensed attorney in New Mexico.
