Megan is the Director of Development at the James E. Rogers College of Law. She leads the Alumni and Development team which is responsible for engaging alumni, donors, and friends in giving programs, homecoming & reunion events, awards celebrations, student scholarships, and lectures and other activities throughout the year.
As a Tucson native, and UA alumna, Megan joined Arizona Law in 2017 and brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in the social sector. Upon graduation from the UA’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences with a BA in Communication, Megan moved to San Jose, California and served for two years as an AmeriCorps Member. This began 10 years of service in the education space where she developed programs, managed staff, trained volunteers, raised money, and executed special events. In 2011, she was selected to lead the start-up of City Year's 22nd U.S. location in Sacramento, and successfully opened the doors in 6 months. Megan moved to Portland, Oregon, in 2013 where she most recently was serving as the Director of Membership Services at the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network.
