Where

Eric F. Grossman is Morgan Stanley’s Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Firm’s Operating and Management Committees. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2006 as Global Head of Litigation, Eric was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell. In 2008, Eric was appointed General Counsel of Global Wealth Management. In 2010, Mr. Grossman joined Morgan Stanley’s Management Committee and was appointed Global Head of Legal. He became Morgan Stanley’s Chief Legal Officer with responsibility for the Legal and Compliance Division in January 2012.

Eric graduated from Hamilton College in 1988 and in 1993 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the law review. Eric clerked for the Honorable Richard J. Cardamone, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, from 1993 to 1994. Eric is the President of the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children of New York. He also co-chairs the New York State Business Council for Access to Justice and is a Vice Chair of the Serve America Movement. Eric is an Alumni Trustee at Hamilton College, Chair of the Dean’s Planning Council at Fordham Law School and a board member of the Fordham Law Alumni Association.

Michael J. Sharp has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Jefferies Financial Group Inc., parent company of Jefferies Group LLC, since March 2013. Mr. Sharp has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Jefferies since September 2010. Previously, Mr. Sharp had been a partner with the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP. Previously, Mr. Sharp was General Counsel of Citigroup's Global Wealth Management, Global Consumer Bank and Global Credit Card business units.

Before his 12 years at Citigroup, Mr. Sharp was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, which he joined in 1992. Mr. Sharp began his legal career as a judicial clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before embarking on a legal career, Mr. Sharp traded U.S. Treasury Bonds from 1981 through 1988.

Robert (Bob) Mundheim is Professor of Corporate Law & Finance at the James E. Rogers College of Law. He previously served as Dean and University Professor of Law and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania Law School; General Counsel at the U.S. Treasury Department; Special Counsel to the Securities and Exchange Commission; and Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Salomon Inc. He is a founding Trustee of the American College of Governance Counsel and is a Director of Gogo, Inc. Professor Mundheim chaired the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, and served on the Council of the American Law Institute for nearly 30 years. He serves as an Adviser to the Restatement of the Law of Corporate Governance. He is Of Counsel to the firm of Shearman & Sterling LLP.
