This annual public program will review the major United States Supreme Court's decisions from last Term that address executive powers. Presidential actions regarding birthright citizenship, tariffs, and removal will headline the discussion. The panel will be Judge Andrew Hurwitz of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Professor Shalev Roisman of Arizona Law. Moderator will be Arizona Law Professor and Dean Emerita Toni Massaro. The program is part of annual programming during the week of Constitution Day.
