Kristy Clairmont is the Program Coordinator for the Legal Paraprofessional Program at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. She will be building educational pathways for this newly created tier of legal service provider, serving prospective and current students, and acting as a liaison with various local and statewide legal organizations, courts, community colleges, and other stakeholders.
A proud Wildcat alum, Kristy Clairmont has practiced law since 2015, after graduating magna cum laude with a Certificate in Family and Juvenile Law Studies. Prior to working at the law school, she was the owner of Family Law Legal Consulting, PLLC in Tucson, Arizona where she offered unbundled services for all family law matters. She is a current member of the Family Law Executive Counsel and also serves as a volunteer and board member for Step Up to Justice.
Prior to attending the University of Arizona, Kristy earned her BA in History from Boise State University. In her free time, she volunteers for a local children’s musical theater group, enjoys traveling with her family, and taking the ever-energetic dog for walks.
