Caleb Hayter is a Clinic Fellow with the VALC, assisting with Veterans' Benefits and Correction of Military Records cases, representing veterans in the Regional Municipalities Veterans Treatment Court, and overseeing outreach to Rural and Tribal Veterans across the State of Arizona. He is a three-time graduate of the University of Arizona, receiving a J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law in 2025 as well as a B.A. from the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and a B.S. from the Eller College of Management in 2018. During his J.D. studies at the College of Law, Caleb participated in the VALC as a student for three semesters. Prior to enrolling at the University of Arizona in 2013, Caleb served for four years in the United States Marine Corps, deploying once to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom II.
