Carletta Sanders-Chavers
Carletta Sanders-Chavers is a Legal Career Specialist in the Career Development Office and an Adjunct Business Communications Lecturer within Eller College of Management. Before joining Arizona Law, Carletta worked within labor relations at a Fortune 500 telecommunications company. She has additional labor and employment experience as a law clerk for a midsize Chicago firm and as an in-house summer law clerk. Carletta received her JD/MBA from Northern Illinois University (NIU). At NIU College of Law, she was the regional Editor-in-Chief of the Midwest Black Law Student Association's Journal of Law and Policy. Prior to attending law school, she served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Carletta is the author of “Becoming Esquire: A Law School Survival Guide Series” and has assisted many first-generation law students apply to law school and secure summer and permanent positions globally. She is excited to get to know Arizona Law students and assist them on their journeys!
