Cathleen Fuller

Professor of Practice

In addition to joining the Rogers College of Law as an adjunct professor in administrative law, Cathleen Fuller is currently serving as an Administrative Law Judge at the Industrial Commission of Arizona, where she primarily hears workers' compensation cases. Before that, Cathleen spent her legal career as an assistant state attorney general, representing government agencies on appeal, and as a long-term law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals, helping to draft decisions in all areas of state law. Cathleen attended law school at the University of Arizona and earned her J.D. in 2003. She also has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maine, and before law school worked in management for a nonprofit agency serving survivors of domestic violence.
