Edo Banach

Edo Banach brings a deep understanding of long-term and post-acute care and Medicare and Medicaid law and policy to help organizations navigate legal and regulatory matters. Edo frequently advises clients on Medicare-Medicaid Coordination, including Special Needs Plans (SNPs) and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and Long Term Supports and Services (LTSS) and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). He also counsels on regulatory matters at the state and federal levels, including fraud and abuse matters, privacy and consent and administrative appeals.

Edo previously served as president and CEO of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, where he led efforts before the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the White House. He has also served as the Deputy Director of CMS’ Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office.
