Madison Foley

Madison Foley is a staff attorney for the University of Arizona Innocence Project. She attended college at the University of Northern Iowa where she studied criminology. Upon graduating, she was accepted into the Florida State University College of Law. After passing the Florida Bar Exam, she began working as the sole Juvenile Public Defender for Okaloosa County, Florida. She then worked as a Staff Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. In that role, she reviewed postconviction motions filed pursuant to various Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure for three different judges within the circuit. Madison and her husband recently moved to Tucson with their 2 dogs.
