Mark Casciari
Mark Casciari is a Retired Seyfarth Shaw LLP Partner. He was a long-standing member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. He has represented employers, and tried cases as lead counsel, in federal courts throughout the United States, in state courts, and before administrative judges and arbitrators. He has served as lead class action defense counsel. He has been amicus curiae counsel of record in two United States Supreme Court cases, and was admitted to the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, nine Courts of Appeal and several District Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Illinois and Arizona. Mark has authored many articles, most recently in the ERISA and Employee Benefits Litigation space, and was an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Northwestern University School of Law for 15 years. He is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a Fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel.
